Individual solutions.Hi, I’m Diana – Personal Trainer, certified Menopause Coach, and founder of HERBLOOMING.I help women build strength, confidence and resilience through individual training and realistic guidance.After more than 20 years as a fashion designer, I experienced unexpected changes in my own body and energy. Looking for answers, I discovered science, strength training and a new perspective.I became a certified Menopause Coach and a MILO Personal Trainer – and HERBLOOMING was born.Today, I coach women 1:1 in The Hague. Every woman is different, and every session is individual. We build strength as a foundation while working on the areas that need extra attention – whether that's movement quality, balance, confidence with weights or simply learning to trust your body again.I believe strength changes everything.
It changes how we move. It changes our confidence. It changes the way we meet the challenges of everyday life and the years ahead.
As we age, we naturally lose muscle and strength. But our muscles are one of the biggest investments we can make for our future health, resilience and independence.

I train with you 1:1 — always tailored to your level, goals and lifestyle.Every woman is different. That’s why every session is individual. We build strength as a foundation while improving movement quality, confidence with weights and overall resilience.Training may include:
• strength training & compound lifts
• mobility & stability
• core and functional work
• power, impact and conditioning
All exercises are adapted to your experience and personal goals.Optional: personalised home or gym programming for extra support between sessions.Building strength takes time. Most women start noticing changes after 8–12 weeks, with consistency being the key to long-term results.Small group sessions and workshops are currently in development.

Why strength training matters ?

From around age 35, we naturally start losing muscle mass — especially the fast-twitch muscle fibers responsible for strength and power. By around 65, this process accelerates. Muscle is one of our biggest tools to support healthy aging. It helps reduce the risk of sarcopenia, osteopenia and cardiovascular disease — while improving strength, balance and resilience for everyday life.

The good news?

Just 2–3 strength training sessions per week can make a real difference.

As a menopause yoga teacher, I’ve always known how important strength training is.
